What exactly counts as a “view” for tier measurement?

A video/post view as counted by the platform: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, or YouTube. We use the native platform analytics, not third-party tools, so there’s no dispute about the numbers.

Can I run ads while you work on organic growth?

No. Ads will inflate your reach metrics and void the guarantee.

What if I start between tiers?

Your starting tier is determined by your 30-post average. If your average is 800 views, you’re Tier 2. The guarantee targets Tier 4 (10K–50K avg views). Simple.

What if one post goes viral and skews the average?

We exclude statistical outliers when calculating your average if both parties agree the post was anomalous. This works both ways, one viral post doesn’t count as hitting your tier, and one unusually bad post doesn’t pull your average down unfairly.

How does the refund work?

Full refund of all fees paid during the 90-day engagement, processed within 5 business days of the Day 90 tier review. No partial refunds, no credit, no negotiation.to the nearest tier during baseline assessment and track your progress transparently.

Can I claim the Brand Fit Guarantee and then sign up again later?

Yes. If the content isn’t right in the first 14 days, we refund you. You’re welcome to return when you feel the fit is right. We’d rather lose a first month’s fee than deliver content a client isn’t proud of.

Does the guarantee apply to follower count or just views?

Views only, specifically average organic views per post. Follower growth is a byproduct of reach growth but we don’t guarantee follower numbers because follower growth is influenced by too many brand-side factors (offer, bio, website, DM responsiveness) that are outside our control.

What happens after the 90 days?

You continue on a rolling monthly basis with the Tier Lock Promise active. We keep you at your new tier or that month is free.
